The Wine
The colour is bright and glistens in the light. The nose is welcoming, like freshly baked bread. Limes with a hint of hops. The pallet is fresh and rich like a white nectarine that has ripened on a tree. Certified Organic. Serve 9-11C.

Cellaring
Enjoy at release or drink/cellar until 2029+.
Winemaking
Made by Candice and Frew at the CRFT winery in Carey Gully. Harvested on the 5th March.
Whole-bunch pressed to tank then transferred to oak for wild ferment on full solids. Matured in 100% French oak, 50% 1 & 2yo barrels. Full wild MLF with regular lees stirring. 6 months in oak. Bottled Dec 2024. Vegan friendly.
The Vineyard
The Manyara vineyard is a collection rolling vales based just out of Balhannah and situated a stone’s throw from the banks of the Onkaparinga River. The steepest, boniest, little hill has been reserved for the Chardonnay.
The breezes that flow like the river down the valley along with the lean soil, give the wine a freshness and nice acid line.
Organically farmed since 2019, fully certified from 2021.
