The Wine

Punchy guava and mango with freshly cut granny smith apple, the nose is lifted and intense. The palate weighty with a wet slate character that is swept with textural layers and savoury grilled cheddar cheese notes.

Drinking beautifully at release and will continue to develop with bottle age. Cellar up to 8 years and possibly beyond.

Some light lees present which will settle by standing upright in the fridge, or simply drink cloudy and enjoy as is! The lees are a natural part of the winemaking process and do not impact the quality of the wine.
