The Wine

Our seventh vintage producing this lovely wine from Kuitpo. The nose loaded with grapefruit, citrus and lime leaf, along with subtle notes of just-picked dill, fresh cucumber, celery and white pepper. The palate has a minerally flinty edge and direct acid line with savoury textural notes and oodles of fresh-cut stone fruit. The anise spice character lingers on the finish.

Drinking beautifully at release and will continue to develop with bottle age. Cellar up to 8 years and possibly beyond.

Some light lees present which will settle by standing upright in the fridge, or simply drink cloudy and enjoy as is! The lees are a natural part of the winemaking process and do not impact the quality of the wine.
