"Open-fermented, 20% whole bunches, six-day cold soak, then warm fermentation, pressed directly to French oak; 10 months’ maturation. Cherry, spice, and a nice touch of forest from the whole bunches; well-balanced and long in the mouth. Has all of the breed to repay at least five years’ cellaring. 13.5% alc; screwcap. 94 points; drink to 2025."
