A$32.00

WILLIAMSTOWN – BAROSSA VALLEY
(FORMERLY THE ‘ROHRLACH VINEYARD’)

93 points – Gary Walsh, The Wine Front :
“Gee, I liked this wine. It’s from the Wild South vineyard, nee Rorlach. Cherry, strawberry, a bit nutty and oxy, dry for sure, yet has fruit. Sports a pleasing chalky feel, a little earthy even, plenty of blood orange like the fizzy Italian one you might know, with a cinch of bitterness. Finish is good too. I liked this a whole lot. Touch and go for 94 really.”

The Wine

Visually bright, it glistens in the glass like pink gemstone.
Nose of candy-floss, fresh hops and mint leaps out.
Flavours of white peach, strawberries and cream, finish with a thirst-quenching quinine character.
The mixed flavours remind us of an Eton Mess – like summer in a glass.
Organically grown and made (uncertified).
Enjoy while fresh and young or within two years.
